Starting May 10, 2025, the U.S. Embassy and Consulates in India will transition their document return services from Blue Dart Express Ltd. to Shree Maruti Integrated Logistics Limited.
For Applications Submitted Before May 10, 2025:
Documents will be returned via Blue Dart
Courier Fee: ₹900 (within India)
Pay via cash/card (in-person) or send demand draft (by mail)
For Applications Submitted On or After May 10, 2025:
Documents will be returned via Shree Maruti Integrated Logistics Ltd.
Courier Fee: ₹850 (India), ₹3200 (international)
Pay via cash/card (in-person) or send demand draft (by mail)
Important Reminders:
Do not mail cash
Ensure accuracy on demand drafts to avoid delays
Fee covers packages up to 500g (a U.S. passport is upto 50g)
Track your shipment via the respective courier’s website using your airway bill number
