When scheduling your appointment, ensure you complete the DS-160 online form electronically beforehand. It is crucial to input the correct DS-160 confirmation number that corresponds to your visa application. Should you have utilized an invalid, previously used, or another individual's DS-160 barcode number for your appointment, kindly reach out to Call Center 02-105-4110 or support-thailand@usvisascheduling.com to rectify the situation by updating your confirmation number with the accurate DS-160 barcode. Your visa processing hinges on this specific DS-160 confirmation number. Failure to provide the correct number may lead to the rejection of your visa application and/or the cancellation of your visa interview.

Please take note: Changing your DS-160 barcode number post self-appointment scheduling will result in the cancellation of your appointment.

Remember to bring a hard copy of each applicant's DS-160 confirmation page and appointment confirmation page to your interview.
